CARE PRODUCT GUIDANCE
Our products are highly concentrated, a little goes a long way!
Two or three lighter applications are always more beneficial than one heavier
Always allow your accessories to dry for a minimum of 4 hours before using, or applying any further products
Shake bottles well before using
Store all products away from direct sunlight and use within 18 months of receiving, we would not recommend using products older than 18 months
We always recommend testing all products on an inconspicuous area before using & allow to naturally dry for a minimum of 4 hours

Cleansing Wipes
Cleanse, Revive & Renew your handbags, shoes & accessories in one simple step!
1. Gently wipe on your accessories to remove dirt & grime, leaving your accessories cleansed and revived
2. May be buffed with a dry cloth for extra shine
3. Ensure your accessories remain protected by following with our Water & Stain Guard if suitable
Water & Stain Guard
1. Ensure you spray between 10 - 20cm from item, creating a fine mist, buff any excess product using a clean, dry cloth. Alternatively, apply product to a clean cloth and evenly wipe onto the surface. We do not recommend applying to hardware, should this occur we recommend wiping off the hardware during application. If you are wishing to protect Vachetta then please refer to the enclosed guide you received with your order, if you do not have this then please reach out and we can give you our specific guidance.
2. Apply evenly over leather & fabric, several applications may be required on absorbent surfaces
3. Allow to fully dry before using your accessories for a minimum of 4 hours
Antibacterial Cleanser
1. Apply evenly over fabric or leather & blot or wipe to remove soiling. You can either spray the product from 10-20cm distance, creating a fine mist and buffing any excess product in using a clean, dry cloth. Or, you can apply the product onto a clean cloth and evenly wipe onto your accessories.
2. After cleansing we do recommend protecting with our Water & Stain Guard, please refer to the individual guidance for this.
3. For best results, apply to smooth surfaces such as leather using one of our Application Mitts
Nourishing Conditioner
1. We recommend conditioning after cleansing your accessories
2. Apply to leather using a soft, gentle cloth - our Application Mitts are perfect for this! Gently wipe and buff into leather, ensuring no excess product remains.
3. After Conditioning your accessories, if suitable we always recommend protecting using our Water & Stain Guard please refer to the individual guidance for this.
Please note, we do not recommend using any conditioner on Fabric, Suede, Microfibre or Nubuck
Gentle Foam Cleanser
1. Apply evenly to leather using a soft cloth, if applying to fabric use a sponge & dabbing technique
2. Remove any dirt residue with a dry, clean cloth
3. If your accessories have any marks or stains and you are wishing to try and remove them, several applications may be required. Please always apply products gently, do not apply with too much force and always allow your accessories to fully dry in between applications.
Power Foam Cleanser
Please note, our Power Foam Cleanser is our strongest cleanser, if you are using on delicate leathers please do take care. We do recommend using our Gentle Foam Cleanser if you are just looking to generally cleanse.
1. Apply evenly to leather using a soft cloth, if applying to fabric use a sponge & dabbing technique
2. Remove any dirt residue with a dry, clean cloth
3. If your accessories have any marks or stains and you are wishing to try and remove them, several applications may be required. Please always apply products gently, do not apply with too much force - this is particularly important for our Power Foam Cleanser as it is our strongest Cleanser available, and always allow your accessories to fully dry in between applications.
Hydrating Cleanser
1. Apply the cleanser directly onto a clean, soft cloth
2. Apply gentle pressure and wipe evenly over all sections of the leather
3. Several applications may be required, always allow the leather to fully dry before using, or applying second coats / any further suitable products
Wonder Balm
1. We do recommend cleansing leather with a suitable cleanser before conditioning
2. Apply balm evenly, paying particular attention to any areas in need using a soft cloth - our Application Mitts are perfect!
3. Leave to penetrate for around 10 seconds, then gently buff using a dry cloth
4. Dependant on leather condition, a second application may be required
5. After Conditioning your accessories, if suitable we always recommend protecting using our Water & Stain Guard please refer to the individual guidance for this.

Wonder Crème
1. We do recommend cleansing leather with a suitable cleanser before using our Wonder Crème
2. Apply Crème evenly to leather using a gentle, soft cloth - our Application Mitts are perfect for this!
3. Buff into leather, you can wait until the Wonder Crème has sunk in and gently buff with a soft cloth, this will help to add shine to the leather
4. Dependant on leather condition, a second application may be required
5. After Conditioning your accessories, if suitable we always recommend protecting using our Water & Stain Guard please refer to the individual guidance for this.

Deodorising Spray
1. Apply product onto a clean cloth & gently wipe over your accessories evenly, or spray a fine mist from 20-30cm distance ensuring you move your hand continuously. Use a clean cloth to wipe off any excess residue.
2. For best results we do recommend applying to leather using one of our Application Mitts which are gentle enough to use on even the most delicate of leathers
3. If applying to shoes, you can either spray directly into your shoe or use a clean cloth to gently wipe. If you spray directly into your shoe, we recommend leaving overnight to ensure the product dries sufficiently.
Patent Cleanser
1. Apply the cleansing foam directly onto a clean cloth or sponge, apply gentle pressure and wipe evenly over all sections of the patent leather
2. If your Patent Leather is particularly dirty, having a clean cloth to hand to wipe off any dirt / excess cleanser can be beneficial
Waterproofing Conditioner
We recommend applying our Waterproofing Conditioner to smooth leathers only
1. After cleansing, apply product onto a clean cloth & wipe onto leather ensuring an even application
2. Remove any excess & allow to fully dry before using your accessories
Suede Cleanser
1. Apply the cleansing foam directly onto a clean sponge and gently and evenly dab over the suede. Ensure you do not let the Cleanser sit on the suede for any time as this can result in marks.
2. If you are wishing to remove any marks / stains, several applications may be required, always ensure the Suede dries fully in-between applications and be careful when applying not to apply with too much pressure, gently dab and blot at the stain and have a clean cloth to hand to wipe away any dirt / excess.
Restoring Pens
1. Cleanse leather with a suitable cleanser & allow to dry.
2. Activate the pen by twisting the rotating end
3. Lightly touch up the damaged area and gently / evenly blend using either the pen tip or a clean cloth, allow to dry
4. 2 - 3 coats are usually necessary to build up a solid coating, particularly for lighter colours
5. If suitable, finish by sealing with our Water & Stain Guard please refer to the individual guidance for this.
Please Note: Results will vary depending on leather finish, damage & colour. Colour can be removed immediately by using a damp cloth or cleansing wipe. Pen may dry with a matte finish, this can be buffed up with a dry cloth to increase shine however as a result may not offer the perfect match to shinier leathers.
Please Note:
Our care products are made from premium ingredients and are tested extensively, that being said all accessories are individual, whether this relate to age, condition and / or environment. It's for this reason why testing is imperative, results will vary and we cannot guarantee any results.
As previously mentioned, we always recommend testing all products on an inconspicuous area before using each time, always then allow this to dry for a minimum of 4 hours.
