Wish I bought this first! Was gifted a beautiful mulberry Alexa for my birthday! Outwith my car and house probably the most expensive thing I won! After 2 uses disaster! Scratched hard wear! I’ve invested in this to try and minimise further damage and its fits perfect and no sign of budging so far. Yes, it feels like an expensive buy when ordering but it’s really an investment to maintain the bigger expense in the long run. 100% recommend
Ordered hardware protectors for a pre-loved Mulberry Trout satchel (plaque and serial disc as its on the outside). Excellent products for stopping hardware from getting scratched, easy to apply and pretty much invisible
This company is brilliant, the protectors work so well and you can’t tell they’re on the hardware. They didn’t have the specific protector for my YSL clutch, but Laura was exceptionally helpful and with measurements advised on some, plus popped in some extra sizes to make sure I got one that would fit perfectly and it did, used the clutch all through July & August and still looks perfect. I’ve purchased a few other protectors before and all work really well. I also use their leather & fabric cleansers and protector sprays and my bags look lovely. Wonderful products and customer service. I will definitely continue purchasing from here.
I recently bought 2 Alma BB protectors and only received 1. I reached out to their customer who was fast to respond and received my 2nd protector not long after. I am very impressed with the way they handle the issue. Highly recommend
Before purchasing my items I contacted customer service with a few queries and the response was so quick and helpful I was immediately impressed. I decided to order a few protectors as well and leather cleaning products which arrived very quickly. When there was a small issue with the items, once again this was dealt with very quickly and easily. I will definitely be returning to shop again!
